Mr. Kelly Carroll

Chef Kelly Carroll graduated from Johnson & Wales, R.I Campus in 1997. He has worked in many aspects of the culinary field. He worked in several kitchens in both NJ and NY such as Houlihans and Papa Razzi. Chef Carroll has held the position of Personal Chef in Hoboken. He has been a cooking instructor at the Viking Cooking School in Fairfield, NJ. Chef Carroll has preformed live cooking demonstrations at the NY Food Show held at the Jacob Javits Center. Last June, Chef Carroll demonstrated healthy meals at the Diabetes Convention held at the Orlando Convention Center.

Chef Carroll has been an employee of Hackensack High School since September 2008. He is a Certified Culinary Arts Teacher and is hoping to expand the program in future with a Pastry Chef.
